I've been a customer of Spacebox for just over 6 months, and the service has been nothing short of amazing! The staff are extremely efficient, helpful, and so understanding. It's not about the money. They genuinely do care about their customers, therefore the main focus is more on excelling in high standards of customer service. The storage facilities is clean throughout, completely secure, and I must say I love that they have a radio playing in the background during your access. They are reasonably priced, and I'm more than happy with my monthly storage fee. Huge thanks to Eva (who recently left), Sasha and Stella. You ladies are a great credit to the organisation. I have used many storage units but i must say spacebox self storage is the best. You will never find any where else any better service. In every way money space lock affordability it is the best service you can ever come across. There digital doors open with there app and not worrying about having any keys or losing keys. It is amazing. Love the electronic generated app for opening lockers and door with your phone. So easy and simple to use. Stress free. And it is very secure and safe cameras and security is so advance. Spacebox is a very good storage solution, I initially got interested for their high tech systems (every thing is done through the app and no physical key and lock-pad approach which may have been ok a century ago but not in 2024) and after 6 months i can say that it was a great decision, the storage area is very clean, you have 24/7 access to your locker and more importantly the staff are very nice and helpful, i use WhatsApp to communicate with them and they have supported me day and night (even on weekends), I think they are the best in the business 🙂 ~ Ardalan H

This storage facility is one of the best there has ever been in the entire UK. I have recently used this service for only two months and I am extremely pleased with the customer relation service offered by Spacebox. The members of staff were just out of this world professional, helpful courteous and very respectful. Particularly, The Manager himself, Sam and Marzena. I have been using spacebox self storage for the last 4 months now and have had nothing but a fantastic experience. The staff are helpful and always pick up when I’ve called. The facility is clean, secure and the 24/7 keyless access is super super convenient. Transparent pricing without any hidden fees was a huge plus for me as I’ve had other self storages surprise me with extra charges. I would recommended spacebox, they have a large number of different size units, which is very useful. they have a brilliant, innovative app for access the unit also has other useful functions. easy than remembering a pin or have a fob than can get lost. also found spacebox to be cheapest in Birmingham, definitely cheaper than my previous storage unit ~ Qumar I

As a returning university student looking for a way to store her belongings, I am forever grateful for Spacebox and their service. I booked a 20ft unit for 2 months. They offer a 'half price for the first 6 months' deal which worked out really well with my student budget. The customer service is great and consistent. Often communicating over call, email and WhatsApp. The unit and storage facility itself, is well organised and always clean. You have to use an app to access the facility and this enhanced the experience. If you find the app confusing, feel free to speak with the staff. While visiting the facility for the first time, a staff member walked me through the controls on the app so I could be sure of which doors would be activated. There is also 24/7 access so with the app I could easily come and go whenever without having to wait for assistance. And there is a lift to explicitly transport your items to 1 of 3 floors. I would send my stuff up in the lift and follow along on the stairs. I was unaware of there being a lift for humans in the building, so that may be a problem for those who struggle with stairs. Overall, the whole process was easy and very straightforward. I would recommend Spacebox to everyone. ~ Kay M

I’ve been storing at this storage place Twice! last year summer time… and this year too. Firstly, it’s SAFE! with the high technology used, only I have the code & access. Excellent service, I used them for moving homes and everything was absolutely great. Box was clean and dry, lady at the telephone was very responsive, when I arrived I didn’t know how I should use the app and locate my box but the gentlemen at the reception showed us everything.
