This storage facility is one of the best there has ever been in the entire UK. I have recently used this service for only two months and I am extremely pleased with the customer relation service offered by Spacebox. The members of staff were just out of this world professional, helpful courteous and very respectful. Particularly, The Manager himself, Sam and Marzena. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone requiring this service as they are one of the most affordable and secure storages accross the UK based upon my personal enquiry. I've been a customer of Spacebox for just over 6 months, and the service has been nothing short of amazing! The staff are extremely efficient, helpful, and so understanding. It's not about the money. They genuinely do care about their customers, therefore the main focus is more on excelling in high standards of customer service. The storage facilities is clean throughout, completely secure, and I must say I love that they have a radio playing in the background during your access. They are reasonably priced, and I'm more than happy with my monthly storage fee. Huge thanks to Eva (who recently left), Sasha and Stella. You ladies are a great credit to the organisation. Spacebox is a very good storage solution, I initially got interested for their high tech systems (every thing is done through the app and no physical key and lock-pad approach which may have been ok a century ago but not in 2024) and after 6 months i can say that it was a great decision, the storage area is very clean, you have 24/7 access to your locker and more importantly the staff are very nice and helpful, i use WhatsApp to communicate with them and they have supported me day and night (even on weekends), I think they are the best in the business 🙂 ~ Ardalan H
