I've been a customer of Spacebox for just over 6 months, and the service has been nothing short of amazing!
The staff are extremely efficient, helpful, and so understanding. It's not about the money. They genuinely do care about their customers, therefore the main focus is more on excelling in high standards of customer service.
The storage facilities is clean throughout, completely secure, and I must say I love that they have a radio playing in the background during your access.
They are reasonably priced, and I'm more than happy with my monthly storage fee.
Huge thanks to Eva (who recently left), Sasha and Stella. You ladies are a great credit to the organisation. I'm truly grateful for everything❤️

I have been booking storage services at Spacebox for 3 continuous years and I’m yet to be disappointed with its services and quality of storage.
They provide wide range of services including van and truck pickup and drop-off services, support to carry boxes in and out of flats and accommodations.
Really friendly services and they are very accommodating to last minute changes.
The storage rooms are always clean and well ventilated. There is no risk of things getting wet or lost. They have an e-locking system via a phone application that provides the user direct access to the storage unit whenever they wish to access. They also provide efficient lift and trolley services to move boxes in and out of the storage unit itself. The units vary in sizes ranging from 10-100+ sq ft.
Compared to its competitors, I would definitely recommend Spacebox especially after considering the prices for renting storage units and renting van services.

I’ve used a few different storage places around Birmingham before, and honestly none of them were as good as this one. This is the one I’ve been looking for.
The place feels really secure, so I always had peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe. I ended up needing a few extra days before I could move out, and they were really understanding and accommodating, which I genuinely appreciated. It made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. When it was finally time to move out, they made everything simple and hassle-free. The whole process was quick and straightforward.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. If I ever need storage again, I won’t be be looking anywhere else. Highly recommend!
